MVREALESTATE provides confidential real estate advisory: off-market sourcing, acquisition support, divestment, asset structuring and family-office coordination. We do not act as a custodian, lender, or regulated investment adviser. Every mandate is formalised through a separate written engagement letter that prevails over these Terms.

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt to access non-public areas, not to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, and not to misrepresent your identity. We may suspend access if these rules are breached.

All content — copy, photographs, market reports, AI-generated matches, methodology — is the property of MVREALESTATE or its licensors. You may consult it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction or republication requires prior written consent.

Advisory fees, retainers and success commissions are stated in the engagement letter signed before any introduction or transaction. No fee is due simply for browsing the site or requesting an initial conversation.

All information exchanged in the context of a mandate is strictly confidential. We extend the same duty of discretion to our team, partners and counterparties.

Information published on the website is provided for general guidance. It does not constitute investment, tax or legal advice and should not be relied upon without independent verification. MVREALESTATE's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount of fees received under the relevant mandate.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
