01Professional status

MVREALESTATE carries out real estate transaction and consulting activities under the French Loi Hoguet (n°70-9 of 2 January 1970). The professional card (carte professionnelle « Transactions sur immeubles et fonds de commerce ») is issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Paris. Card number and financial guarantee are disclosed on the engagement letter.

02AML / KYC

As an obligated entity under articles L.561-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, MVREALESTATE applies enhanced due diligence on every client and beneficial owner: identity verification, source-of-funds analysis, PEP and sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring throughout the mandate.

03Cross-border mandates

For mandates outside France, MVREALESTATE works with locally licensed partners: AMPI / DGE-registered agencies in Monaco, RERA / DLD-registered brokers in Dubai, API-registered firms in Spain, and equivalent counterparties in other jurisdictions. The local partner is always disclosed before any introduction.

04Conflicts of interest

We maintain a written conflict-of-interest register. When a potential conflict is identified, it is disclosed to the client in writing and the mandate is restructured or declined.

05Complaints

Any complaint can be addressed to matt@matthieuvogel.com. We acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and issue a substantive reply within two months. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the consumer mediator listed in the engagement letter.

06Tax & reporting

MVREALESTATE does not provide tax advice. We coordinate with the client's notary, tax counsel and wealth manager to ensure that all declarations (IFI, plus-values, DAC6, registre des bénéficiaires effectifs) are filed by the appropriate professional.
