We collect only what is needed to qualify a mandate and stay in contact: identity (first name, last name), professional contact details (email, phone, company), the content of the messages you send us, and metadata related to your acquisition or divestment intent (budget range, geography, asset type).

When you browse the site, we also collect anonymous technical data: device type, language, referring page and aggregated analytics. We never store payment data on our infrastructure.

• Qualify and execute a real estate advisory mandate — performance of a contract.
• Comply with AML/KYC obligations and tax reporting — legal obligation.
• Send occasional market intelligence to existing clients — legitimate interest, opt-out at any time.

Your data is only shared with vetted sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service: hosting (Lovable / Supabase, EU region), transactional email, and — when a transaction proceeds — the notary, banks and regulated counterparties involved in the deal. We never sell or rent personal data.

Prospect data is kept for 36 months from the last meaningful interaction. Client data is retained for the duration of the mandate and up to 10 years thereafter to comply with French commercial and AML obligations.

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send any request to matt@matthieuvogel.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
